A lot of people don’t know how to run. They think that running is just like walking, you just put one foot in front of the other and keep going. But this is not true. Running is more than that. You have to be able to do many different things at once when you are running. You have to be able to to keep your body balanced while you are running. You also have to be able to move quickly and efficiently.
When you are running you need to have a good balance. If you are running on the uneven ground then you have to be able to change direction quickly and easily. This means that you have to be able to turn your feet quickly. If you have poor balance then you will not be able to turn your feet as fast as you should.
When you are trying to run you also have to be able to use your legs. Your legs are the most important part of your body when you are running. They are what allow you to move forward. When you are running you have to be able to use them to push yourself forward and get faster.
When you are learning to run you also need to learn how to control your body. You need to learn how to keep your center of gravity low so that you can move more quickly and efficiently. If you are too high up then you will take too long to move. You will also slow down if you are too low.
When you are first learning to run you need to focus on your legs. You should practice moving your legs forward and backward. Then you can start moving them side to side. As you get better at running you can move your feet faster and farther.
Running is a great sport to do. It is fun and it is also good for you. When you are running you are getting exercise and you are improving your balance and coordination. If you want to be a good runner then you need to practice.
