If you’re like me, you’ve been hearing about the benefits of marathon training for a long time. I was always skeptical that such a grueling activity would have any positive effect on my running.
I decided to give it a try and see what all the fuss was about. In this article I’ll share with you some of the things I learned along the way.
The first thing I noticed was that I didn’t feel as tired as I had expected. In fact, I found myself feeling more energized than ever before. I also felt much stronger. I could run further and faster, and I was able to maintain my speed over a longer period of time. I even started to feel comfortable running for extended periods of time without having to stop.
I had never really been a fan of running in the past, but now I love it! I’ve gone from being a casual runner to being a serious athlete. I’m still not a pro, but I’m getting there. I can’t wait to see what else I can accomplish with this new level of fitness.
Another thing I noticed was how much better I felt mentally. I was able to push myself harder than ever before. I knew that I could do anything, because I was doing everything. I was confident that I could run a marathon, and I knew I could do it.
I also felt much more focused. I was able to focus on the task at hand, rather than letting my mind wander off. This helped me to stay on track, and it made me a lot more efficient. I wasn’t wasting time trying to figure out where I was going.
As a result of all of these changes, I’m now able to run longer distances without getting tired. I’m also able to run faster. I don’t know if this is because I’m getting stronger or if it’s because I’m just getting used to the new level of fitness, but either way I’m happy.
I’m also happier overall. I’ve become much more confident in my abilities. I’m no longer afraid to take on challenges. I’m ready to tackle anything that comes my way. I’m a lot more self-assured and I’m a lot more self confident.
I also feel more connected to my body. I know that I’m doing something right if I feel good when I’m running. It feels good to be healthy. It feels good to be strong. It feels good to be fit.
I can’t say enough good things about marathon training. If you’re interested in improving your performance, then give it a try. You won’t regret it.
