How Does Running Help You Achieve Your Fitness Goals?

How running helps you achieve your fitness goals

Running is an activity that we do on a daily basis. Running is an activity that is fun, and it is an activity that can be used to help us achieve our fitness goals.

But how does running help us achieve our fitness goals?

When we run we are using our muscles in a way that they are not usually used. When we run we use our legs, hips, buttocks, back, shoulders and arms in ways that they were not designed to move. The muscles that we use when we run are the muscles of our body’s core, or midsection. When we run we are using the muscles of our midsection in a way that is more than just a basic movement.

The reason that this is important is that when we use our muscles in this way we are increasing the number of calories that we burn, we are building strength, we are improving our balance and coordination, and we are strengthening our bones.

How does running improve your health?

Running improves your health by increasing the number of calories you burn each day. When we run we are burning calories at a rate of about 500 per mile for the average person. If you run 5 miles per day then you will burn 2500 calories. If you run 10 miles per day you will burn 5000 calories. This is a lot of calories.

The next benefit that running has on our health is that it strengthens our bones. When we run our bones are subjected to a lot of stress and strain. This is good for our bones because it helps them grow stronger.

Another benefit that running has on our physical health is that it improves our balance and coordination. When we run we are constantly shifting our weight from one leg to another. This makes us have to constantly adjust our balance. This also helps us improve our coordination because we are constantly moving our bodies around.

Finally, running helps us strengthen our bones because it forces us to use our muscles in ways that they were not meant to move. The muscles of our midsection are strengthened when we run. This is a very important benefit to our health because it keeps our bones strong.
