So instead of relying on drugs to cure your problems, try making some changes in your diet and lifestyle. You’ll be surprised how much healthier you feel after you make those changes. Here are some tips:

  8. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight can cause many health problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and osteoarthritis.
  9. Stay away from fast food. Fast food is unhealthy and often contains lots of fat, salt, sugar, and calories.
  10. Be careful about eating too much salt. Too much salt can increase your risk of high blood pressure and stroke.
  11. Limit your caffeine intake. Caffeine can cause headaches, insomnia, and irritability.
  12. Limit your intake of sugar. Sugar is addictive and can cause tooth decay, obesity, and diabetes.
